CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective. Harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.
New to CrossFit? Welcome! Our coaches will teach you all about CrossFit and the strength and conditioning exercises we do that will help you achieve your fitness goals safely and successfully.
Take a 30 minute mobility class led by Nancy Anderson in between our Sunday CrossFit classes at no additional cost to members!
Massages are offered in our upstair private room Sunday evenings from 4:30 - 8:30 pm. A session with Meghan, other than the actual bodywork, will include a thorough intake, postural assessment and/or muscle testing and joint ROM assessment as necessary, a plan of attack, and a follow-up with take-home exercises and self-care suggestions.
Our CrossFit Kids program promotes cognitive & physical development through age-appropriate workouts & games. It's all about having fun!
