Gym Etiquette

  • Reserve your spot ahead of time on Wodify.
  • Don't be late!
  • Be prepared (shoes/gear/percentages/mindset).
  • Introduce yourself to unfamiliar faces - we're a community :)
  • Pay attention when the coach is giving instructions.
  • Treat an empty barbell like a baby.
  • Be aware of your surroundings & respect other athletes' space.
  • Keep the chalk in the buckets.
  • Cheer for eachother!
  • If you sweat/bled/got chalk on it, wipe it down.
  • Put all equipment away (only after everyone has finished the workout).
  • Track your weights & scores in Wodify.
