Gym Etiquette
- Reserve your spot ahead of time on Wodify.
- Don't be late!
- Be prepared (shoes/gear/percentages/mindset).
- Introduce yourself to unfamiliar faces - we're a community :)
- Pay attention when the coach is giving instructions.
- Treat an empty barbell like a baby.
- Be aware of your surroundings & respect other athletes' space.
- Keep the chalk in the buckets.
- Cheer for eachother!
- If you sweat/bled/got chalk on it, wipe it down.
- Put all equipment away (only after everyone has finished the workout).
- Track your weights & scores in Wodify.
